Jessica Biel made a huge move appearing in a topless spread far beyond her 7 th Heaven character and various Disney starlets have taken big moves to prove they can be taken more seriously. Indeed, several starlets are realizing that getting a public presence out there can do a lot more to get you steady work than you ever could with your movie or TV show and indulge in that. Between movies, TV, magazines and that online presence, a lot of young starlets are showing off, even bigger than past teen stars. There are slews of ladies but here are several 25 and under who have made themselves serious standouts with their hot bodies and enjoy showing off in various ways, much to our enjoyment.

She's tried the experiment in painted work out gear - and now she's giving it a go in a painted bikini. We sent out our model Crystal Eastman, 24, to Venice Beach in Los Angeles for a MailOnline experiment to see how many unsuspecting passersby would notice she was not wearing any clothes. A professional body painter, Octavio Solis, spent around two hours completing the look. Some 25 people clocked the unusual sight and some even stopped to take pictures. One man called out, 'Beautiful' while another asked, 'Is that painted on?
